Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their
original packaging.

To start a return, email support@axomag.com with your order number and the
reason for the return. We will confirm the return address before you send
anything back.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived
damaged, defective, or was not the item ordered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has
been received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time
to post the refund.

Not returnable: magnetic ring kits once the adhesive has been applied.
